My family and I had a lovely stay at a beautiful location near the tip of the Ards peninsula. We rented all 3 properties at Barr Hall Barns and enjoyed the comfortable, rustic cottage feel. The open living area in the Barn was perfect for our large group to gather in the evenings. The outside area was great, with a big barn for the kids to play in and a rocky beach just a short walk away. We loved having the beach to ourselves, and the dogs and kids had plenty of space to run around. The views from the area were absolutely beautiful, and we even spotted birds and seals. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed and the views were stunning. The communication from Jill was excellent throughout our stay.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was stunning, with beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage itself was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. One of the best parts was the large barn available for use on rainy days, providing a great space to relax and unwind.

The cottage was a bit further out from the main city, making it a bit inconvenient for walking to nearby attractions. I would have preferred to have control over the heating, rather than it being on a timer.

The value for money at Barr Hall Barns was excellent, with a well-maintained and cosy room that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the Lough and Mourne Mountains, and being just a short walk away from a beautiful shoreline. What a stay! The apartment was absolutely stunning - spacious, cozy, and had all the home comforts you could imagine. And talk about value for money! The location was PERFECT for walks with my dog, and the added bonus of a laundry room made me feel right at home. The staff were so helpful, and the welcome pack had all the info I needed. A truly jaw-dropping experience - I can't wait to come back!

The location of the apartment was fantastic, being right on the beach in a peaceful area. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with home comforts and plenty of space for our family. We appreciated the provided towels and shampoo, as well as the milk and biscuits upon arrival. The staff were excellent and the information in the welcome pack was helpful. The secure parking was also a plus.

It would have been more convenient to have a freezer compartment in the fridge.
